Ed. D
 Dr.
Perrin serves as the Executive Director of South Shore
Educational Collaborative. Many years of experience as a
teacher and administrator in public and private schools have
provided him the necessary knowledge to be able to develop
and evaluate the effectiveness of programs offered by the
highly qualified staff of the Collaborative to educate
students and adults with a spectrum of special needs. Henry
is certified through the Massachusetts Department of
Elementary and Secondary Education as Administrator for
Special Education and Superintendent of Schools.
